Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 7 October 2016

There were 31 reported commercial auctions over the week ending 7th October, with a clearance rate of 45.1 per cent, lower than the previous week’s 47.3 per cent across 19 results and also lower than the equivalent week last year reporting a 66.6 per cent clearance rate based on 39 results. Over the four weeks ending the 7th of October, there were a total of 157 reported commercial auctions, 98 reported as sold and 67 of those with a sold price; falling just short of a total transacting value of $188.9 million.
