Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 3 February 2017

The week ending 3rd of February saw no preliminary auction results captured by CoreLogic in the commercial space, however, there were revisions to the previous week.

The week ending 27th of January saw a revised increase in the number of commercial auctions. There were 9 properties offered at auction across Australia over the week, higher than the 6 properties put to auction in the same week last year. However, only 3 of the 9 properties sold at auction. The combined worth of cleared auctions was $3.1 million.

The revised results for the week ending 27th at January also represents a marked increase on the previous week, signifying a ramp in activity as the year progresses.
