Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 11 November 2016

There were 37 reported commercial auctions over the week ending 11^th November, with a clearance rate of 67.5 per cent, this is higher than the previous week’s 50.0 per cent across 12 results. Although, when compared to the corresponding week last year when there were a total of 67 auctions recorded and a 56.7 per cent clearance rate, auction volumes are trending lower. Over the four weeks ending the 11^th November, there were a total of 233 reported commercial auctions, 142 reported as sold and 94 of those with a sold price; falling just short of a total transacting value of $215.7 million.
