Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 2 December 2016
There were a lower volume of commercial auctions reported over the week ending 2nd December, with a total of 46 reported and a clearance rate of 60.8 per cent, compared to the previous week’s 62.9 per cent across 81 results. This is also a significantly lower volume of auctions compared to the corresponding week last year, with a total of 102 auctions reported and a 59.8 per cent clearance. Over the four weeks ending the 2nd of December, there were a total of 274 reported commercial auctions, 162 reported as sold. Based on the 105 results reported with a sale price, the total value of transactions is $272.4 million.
