Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 9 April 2017
CoreLogic captured 48 auction results in the first week of April, with a preliminary clearance rate of 75%. This is slightly stronger than the sales results collected in the same week of 2016, in which 42 auctions were held with a clearance rate of 67%.
The combined worth of the collected sales results was $76.4 million, compared with approximately $55 million in the same week of the previous year.
There were 2 sales in the ACT, 16 in NSW, 1 sale in Queensland, 1 sale in Tasmania, 15 sales in VIC and 1 in WA.
Of the sold properties, 10 were commercial offices and office buildings, 13 were industrial spaces and 9 were retail shops. 3 child care centres and a Gymnasium also transacted.
